Terms of use
These terms explain what OSSIL provides, what it does not provide, and the rules for using the directory.

Billing is currently disabled. Signed-in access is free and no trial or recurring charge is started.
A directory, not the seller
OSSIL helps buyers discover checked farms and organic stores. We do not own stock, set seller prices, accept produce orders, arrange delivery or hold money for a buyer-to-seller purchase. Any produce purchase is agreed directly with that seller.
Accounts and access
Give accurate details, keep sign-in methods private, and tell us promptly if an account may be compromised. Do not share paid access, scrape protected seller details, probe another account or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access needed to protect people, sellers or the service.
Farmer and store responsibilities
A seller must provide truthful contact, licence, certification, address and listing information; have authority to publish it; and report material changes or expiry promptly. OSSIL may request evidence, flag a record for review, hide listings, suspend an entry or remove claims that cannot be supported.
Enquiries and acceptable use
Use private enquiries for genuine produce or store questions. Do not send spam, threats, discriminatory content, illegal requests or personal data that is not needed. A buyer's email may be used as Reply-To only when that verified buyer explicitly chooses to share it.
Sponsored placement
A paid placement is always labelled Sponsored / விளம்பரம். Sponsorship changes ordering only; it does not replace verification, guarantee quality or prevent suspension. Measurement is aggregate and first-party as described in the privacy notice.
Trials, subscriptions and renewal
When billing is enabled, one 14-day trial is available per eligible account. Monthly and annual prices, the exact access end or renewal date, and cancellation state are shown before payment. Authorization is hosted by Razorpay; OSSIL stores no card details. A subscription renews until cancelled. Cancellation stops a future renewal and access continues through the paid-through date. The cancellation and refund policy forms part of these terms.
Verification and service limits
Verification checks records at a point in time; it is not a guarantee of every harvest, item, statement, availability or transaction. Buyers should confirm current certification, price, quantity, collection and quality with the seller. Nothing here removes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service changes and will publish the effective date here. Material changes to paid access apply prospectively. Contact OSSIL through the contact page for questions, corrections or complaints.
